PMP Exam Prep (4th Edition) - Book Review

Welcome in my first post on webnode.com weblog. The intention of this weblog is to provide reviews of certification books that will help you pass various IT exams. I'm focusing on the IT area as my whole life was somehow related to IT field, however the longer I am, the more and more I'm reading about retirement so you can expect some posts about retirement books, especially about maximizing the income we all will be receiving when we retire.

Anyway, today I would like to give to a quick overview of the PMP related book: "PMP Exam Prep (4th Edition) written by Rita Mulcahy. This book is about pmp certification exam preparation. It describes the exam specific areas, hoever - before taking the exam - it is good to find out what are the pmp certification requirements because then it is easier to understand why some chapters in the book concentrate more or less on a particular area. Once you know what are the requirements you can go to for this book, read it and increase your chances to pass the pmp exam.

The book costs about $75 on amazon, however you can buy the used one even for ~$11. The book has 328 pages on which you will learn and study the most difficult aspects of the PMP exam. There are many external reviews for this book and basically everyone who has ever been preparing to the pmp certification had to at least read this book once because it is like quick re-cap before the exam.

I personally recommend this book because in my opinion it is worth its price, hope you will recommend it to your friends once you pass the pmp exam.
